The detector offers a range of sensors from 1.4MP up to 6MP and with active areas between 8.8mm x 6.7mm up to 12.5mm x 10mm. This can be increased by the use of customised fibre optic tapers when needed.
A custom scintillator is deposited within the camera in order to allow 3keV up to 300keV.
Full resolution frame rates of between 1.6 and 7.5 fps are achievable. This can be increased in binning 2×2 mode. Further speed improvements can be achieved by using local sub area mode or line scan mode.
A device server driver control allows remote acquisition through existing GUI interface.
The detectors have a native 14-bit acquisition mode and 18-bit extended dynamic range mode.
Window SDK and Viewer software provided allowing both image corrected acquisition and control of the hardware. Correction functions include bright pixel, flat fielding and dark current removal. Robust basic camera control is also available using GEV commands.
